Someone we love memorial

To help commemorate the passing of a loved one, this circle sublimation design has a subtle rainbow background with a heart frame, which can be personalised with a photo of your loved one. There is also a single feather to the opposite side of the writing.

We never truly get over our loved ones no longer being with us but we do learn to live with the grief that engulfs us and if we can have something in our homes to keep them with us at all times, then we can this is comforting.

The design measures 87mm x 87mm, so will perfectly fit on a circle of 85mm x 85mm easily.

I have added this to a glitter MDF bauble but it can so easily be put onto any other sublimation substrates.

The file comes as a zipped folder and consists of PNG and JPEG formats at high resolution 300 dpi.

**These files are for sublimation onto sublimation substrates or for printing with your home inkjet printer

Colours may vary from screen to screen and printer to printer.
